Blue Protocol Shutting Down on January 18, Western Release Cancelled

Bandai Namco announced today that Blue Protocol will be shutting down in Japan on January 18, 2025 and the game's global launch has been cancelled. The official statement can be seen below:

Anyone who played the Japanese version shouldn't be too surprised as the game was ultimately mediocre at best.

Amazon Games still has Throne and Liberty in its publishing pipeline though and its expected to launch on October 1, 2025.
