YGG partners with new web3 gaming network Keystone Protocol
Web3 gaming community Yield Guild Games has partnered with The Keystone Foundation, developer of new web3 scaling tech Keystone Protocol.
In particular, YGG has acquired multiple Keystone nodes, which will enable the network to boost in-game events across its multiple partner games.
The first title to implement the Keystone protocol will be recently unveiled browser-based Imperial Expeditions, which is developed by ex-Jam City and Plai Labs CEO Chris DeWolfe and co-founder Aber Whitcomb’s games startup Rough House Games. The team’s flagship title Champions Ascension will also integrate the protocol.
Tailor-made for marketing, monetization and UA, Keystone aims to provide new ways of offering social rewards for web3 games and their communities such as YGG.
YGG co-founder and The Keystone Foundation strategic advisor, Gabby Dizon, is also taking an active role in guiding the integration of the protocol with its ecosystem games.
“By incorporating Keystone Nodes, we’re ensuring that our community has the tools to create, manage, and engage with the most innovative in-game events, driving the future of web3 gaming,” commented Dizon.
“Working with YGG and a visionary like Gabby is the perfect opportunity to demonstrate the power of the Keystone Protocol. Together, we’re pioneering the next generation of in-game interactions and events,” said The Keystone Foundation’s Brian Marchetti.
